- You've got 14 days from the day your package arrives to decide if your new jewellery is a total vibe. If not, you can send them back for an exchange or store credit.

Keep it Fresh: Make sure your jewellery hasn't been worn, altered, or wrestled with a koala (seriously, don't do that). Original packaging and proof of purchase are your BFFs here.

Some Things Are Final: Earrings are a no-go for returns due to hygiene reasons (we all know how those lobes can get!). Sale items are also excluded because, well, they were already on super sale!

Shipping: You're the captain of this return ship! So you'll cover the cost of sending it back. We recommend using a trackable option so your precious jewels don't get lost in the mail abyss.

Exchanges: Want to swap for a different size, color, or style? Just let us know when you contact our customer service crew. We'll do our best to make the swap happen, but availability can be a fickle beast.

- We'll review your request and send you instructions on how to return your item safely.
- Store credit will be issued as a gift card, perfect for treating yourself to some new Nivaa goodness later.
- Refunds are only for damaged, faulty, or irreplaceable items. If you qualify, your refund will go back to the original payment method you used.
