We Got Your Back (And Your Jewellery)

Our jewellery is crafted to last, unlike your questionable taste in music back in high school. Our 60-day "We Got Your Back Guarantee" covers manufacturing faults, tarnishes & not oopsie moments (don't wear your Nivaa necklace while rock climbing... maybe).

The boring stuff:

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of gemstones, loss of jewellery, or damage caused by improper handling or storage.

  • Additionally, any tarnishing or fading of plating is not included in the warranty coverage.

  • Manufacturing faults include defects in materials, workmanship, or construction that occur during the production process. Manufacturing faults do not include broken chains, chipped/cracked, or broken pearls.

  • To help maintain the longevity of your jewellery, we strongly advise our customers to follow the care instructions provided on our website. These instructions will guide you in proper handling, storage, and cleaning techniques, ensuring that your jewellery remains in beautiful condition for a longer period.

Warranty Process:

  • If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at hello@nivaa.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue along with an image of the product.

  • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to evaluate the defect and determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.

  • While we strive to provide the best service possible, we do reserve the right to decline any warranty claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in our warranty policy.

  • This may include instances where the issue is not considered a manufacturing defect or falls outside the specified warranty coverage.

  • If the issue is deemed to be covered by the warranty, we will gladly proceed with the necessary repairs or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

  • Please be aware that the warranty does not cover shipping costs, and any expenses incurred for shipping the item to our facility for warranty assessment or repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Limitations:

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Keep your receipt, you'll need it for any claims.

  • Follow our care instructions to keep your jewellery sparkling!

  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are your responsibility.
